Today’s the day I’m going in to be the lead hand of the line in the Quaker plant. It’s a big day for me because my knowledge and my experience has finally come to a point where I can help others.
My worries for today would be just having them believe in me that I was chosen to do this role. But can you believe in me and trust that I can lead in the right way? Because it’s like my second family.
I’m an early riser. Mornings mean everything as I like to get up, get going, get moving and preparing for whatever challenges ahead.
I remember as a kid, eating that bowl of oatmeal and that smell was just like: Mmmm, I like to have some of that. So that smell brings back the memories of eating that bowl of oatmeal every morning.
