Muraleedharan, 66saying goodbye,You've got this.

Listen to their story

Today, I’ll be going to the funeral of one of my friends who passed away unexpectedly. He was only 63. There’ll be a lot of people there and I have been asked to make a small speech.

I’m very pleased they asked me, even though I’m not comfortable speaking at that kind of event because it’s quite emotional, but I will cope.

With events like this, it is a real shock. You stop and think about what life is all about. You need to make the most of your life – not only in terms of your own enjoyment, but also in terms of doing good, and helping other people.

I’m always waking up in a hopeful manner, like something positive might happen that day.
