Shazia, 77GETTING BACK IN THE POOL,You've got this.

Listen to their story

Happily, after my breakfast, I am going out, because after two or three weeks, I’m going for my first swim after getting my pacemaker done.

I always feel very happy and fresh after swimming. Swimming means a lot to me. If I don’t go swimming, the day hasn’t started for me. I’m just sat like a cabbage. For a little while, I couldn’t go swimming, and I was miserable. I was not the same person.

The morning means a lot to me. I feel like singing with the birds. I feel happy. Happy, happy, happy.

I bought a new swimsuit. My heart is pumping – boom, boom, boom. Thank God. Thank God. I’m going swimming today.
