Holly, 19Pass or Fail,You've got this.

Listen to their story

Today is my results day. For sure, I feel more anxious around exams because of my dyslexia. I made, like, 400 flashcards for one paper. But I’m hopeful that my hard work has paid off.

With my anxiety it’s hard for me to separate days. So, mornings are really important to me in terms of moving on and accepting a day as a new thing. I try to get up with a positive attitude.

Eating breakfast by myself is very much a decompression time for me. I’ll watch a video or something like that – relax, eat, entertain myself.

It’s easy to forget to breathe. And I think a lot of people do, but yeah, breathing. Breathing – always.
