Victor, 39Volunteer Day,You've got this.

Listen to their story

My hope is that all the children who enter the Quaker Qrece program finish it, and become productive adults.

I worry about participation. Sometimes it’s so natural for parents that their children suffer from malnutrition that they don’t see it as a problem. The most challenging part of my job is reaching people. Sometimes it’s hard for us human beings to be empathetic.

The words I use to motivate myself are: I am a person who can, I am a person who is full of love, I am a person who has a big heart to share.

The most satisfying thing is seeing the children smiling. A smile is everything. Even though it seems like I’m very serious, I always have a smile to give.
